What type of construction materials do you use?
We were one of the first and largest facilities in the country to offer Storage Condominiums. Our facility began in 1988. Our facility has close to 600 units. Our reputation and location sells our units. We the finest post frame building products We use a commercial operator and secured keyless entry for access. Our buildings have security cameras. We drywall and and paint the walls. We also super-insulate our buildings to keep your heating costs low.

What are the advantages of inside heated storage?
Exposure to the outdoor elements of snow, sleet, ice, sunlight and rain will ruin your prized possessions. Inside heated storage will protect your vehicle from oxidation, corrosion, birds, rodents and insects.

What about resale?
Having been in business longer than almost anyone in the country we can show you that there is a market for your unit when it does come time to sell. You can sell it yourself, ask our onsite Realtor to sell it for you, or select a Realtor of your choice. Our units have historically appreciated 3% per year. You may also decide to hang on to your unit and lease it out. Leased units show a 9-12% rate of return on your money. Where else can you earn that?

Can I lease a unit?
Yes, units are usually available and lease for around 1% of the sale price per month. We have investors that purchase units solely as investment property.

Do I have 24/7 access.
Yes. No Restrictions. The complex is fully lighted.

Can a security system be added in a unit?
Yes. You own it. You can protect it as you see fit.

Is the gas/electric usage individually metered?
Yes, the heating cost is individually metered for each unit. You can control the temperature and therefore your consumption. In our new buildings we super-insulate them resulting in lower utility consumption. Many of our customers don't even turn on the heat in their units and they remain above freezing all winter.

Is there a public restroom?
We have a restroom available for our owners to use in our office.

What type of deed do we receive?
You will receive a warranty deed. Just like a residential condominium.

Do we pay taxes?
Yes, the county determines the rate. In Medina, Ohio the taxes are typically around $500/year.

Are there any "other" fees besides the cost of the Condo?
Each owner pays an annual condominium fee which covers the expenses of insurance, security, lighting, management, lawn care, snow removal, exterior maintenance, etc. Unit owners will also be responsible for the payment of their real estate taxes and dedicated utilities.

Can I build a loft?
Yes, our newest units have a minimum nominal 15' ceiling height. This offers you the opportunity for the construction of a loft with sufficient headroom above and below. This loft height can be adjusted for more headroom above or below. You can build it yourself or we will build it for you.

If I purchase a Storage Condo, can I turn around and rent it out?
YES! It is your Condo. As you would with a home, you can rent it out at a price you set yourself.

What type of security is provided?
The newer buildings (and main driveway) are covered by CCTV Security Cameras that record to a Digital Video Recorder.

Can I buy a storage condo with my neighbor or friend?
Yes, as many people can purchase a condo together as you would like. You may share the expenses any way you choose
